Solano CI examines your repository and your application to automatically determine what databases, search engines, and other services it depends on.
Sometimes, the auto-discovery doesn’t work, or there are parameters it can’t guess. In these situations, you’ll have to specify services to start using config/solano.yml. If you need Solano CI to start your own custom applications in the background for your tests to communicate with, you can also configure them.
Most applications depend on database services to be running. Read the Database Setup Guide for information on interacting with databases in Solano CI.
